Shops

Lyndhurst village High Street has some good shops within 5 minutes easy level walk and has car parking spaces to the rear.  There is also a post office, newsagents and a variety of other shops.   

Lymington has Waitrose, Tesco, Safeway, Boots, and many other good shops as well as a Saturday street market.

Churches

Lyndhurst has a church at the top of the high street.

Restaurants

Il Cervo and Il Palio 2 - sister restaurants on Lyndhurst High Street and opposite Brockenhurst station , often full and lively offering pizzas and pastas.

Rhinefield House - on Rhinefield Drive with oak-panelled restaurant, set menus and reasonable prices.

Although, there are too many decent restaurants in and around The New Forest to mention them all, there is usually a good selection advertised in the local press, especially the Lymington Times.  Please let us know of any that you would care to recommend to others.
